At Inkaarchitecture we are able to offer a complete architectural service in order to provide the high quality home or work place you desire.  In order to achieve this the services we provide are as follows

 

Free Initial Consultation 

We provide a free initial consultation, were we will come out to your home, discuss your requirements and possible options for improving your home within your budget.  This service is completely free and there is no obligation to take the project forward and no hard sell.

 

Full Measured Survey 

Once appointed we carry out a full measured survey of your existing property, from this survey existing plans and elevations are produced. 

 

Sketch Schemes 

Depending on your requirements there maybe several different ways for us to meet your brief. We will provide a number of sketch schemes for discussion and you can choose the solution which best suits your requirements.

 

Certificate of lawful development / Planning application / Listed building application 

Once we have agreed on a preferred scheme we will produce the detailed plans, elevations and site plans as well as any additional information required for either a certificate of lawful development or planning application. We will also submit the application and liaise with the local authority on your behalf. Should a listed building application be required this can also be submitted at this time.

 

Building Control submissions.

Once planning permission has been granted any building works will require building control approval, we can produce the required drawings and details for a full plans submission. We will also liaise with structural engineers and any other consultants and the local authority on your behalf. 

 

Quality Control 

If required we are able to attend site at regular intervals to review the progress and produce detailed reports on the quality of the workmanship giving you the peace of mind that all elements of the building have been completed to a high standard.

 

Snagging

Once the build is nearing completion we are able to assist in snagging the end product to ensure the quality of finishes is of a good standard.
