Murston Hall, Sittingbourne
In December 2021 we obtained planning approval for a new carpark to the existing Murston Hall, Church Road, Sittingbourne in order to provide much needed parking for the nursery that is based in the hall.
Due to the proximity to the adjoining church a subtle pallet of materials was specified within the heritage statement which formed part of the planning application.
SPR Coachworks, Uckfield
We submitted a change of use planning application on behalf of SPR coachworks Ltd to allow them to use an existing commercial building as a car bodywork repair workshop along with a signage application on the same property.
Since submitting the appications SPR Coachworks relocated, We also produced the planning and signage applications for their new Hailsham workshop.

In 2020 we have submitted a retrospective planing application for a barn housing a biomass boiler on this farm in Matfield, Kent.

We've recently had a planning permission to convert an existing agricultural barn to B2 use on this farm in Horsmonden approved.
